Board of directors

ULiège sports is constituted as a non-profit association (asbl), it is structured as follows:

The General Assembly

It is sovereign and is composed of all the effective members designated by the sections.

It elects the members of the board of directors as well as an auditor.

The activity report, the balance sheet and the draft budget for the following year are presented and submitted for approval. It takes place at the beginning of each calendar year.
