Mission

Our mission

Following an agreement between the University and ULiège sports, the latter's mission is to organize and coordinate all the sports activities of the university community (except academic program).

Our goal is to offer to the members of the university community (students and staff), to the students of the higher education of the Liège region and to the external persons, the possibility of learning and practicing almost any discipline in a university atmosphere, and at interesting conditions.

ULiège sports currently counts more than 60 sections, of which about thirty have their activities in the sports centers of Sart-Tilman.

About a hundred instructors are at the disposal of the 5500 members of this circle and voluntary delegates take care of the internal organization of the different sections.
The management and the daily organization of the ULiège sports in general are ensured by the permanent Secretariat.
