Access to ULiège sports secretariat

From 15.04.24 until September 2024 (works: closure of rue du Sart-Tilman)

As part of the announced worksite to upgrade the Route du Condroz, the Sart Tilman traffic circle and the bus stops on the Sart Tilman campus, with a view to implementing BUSWAY lines 2 and 3, the Opérateur de Transport de Wallonie (O.T.W.) is informing us that the first major phase of the worksite will start on Monday April 15, and will last until September 2024:

Access to the CRU hall and the ULiège Sports secretariat will be disrupted.

During this period, work will occupy the right-hand side of the Route du Condroz (uphill towards Sart Tilman) and the Sart Tilman traffic circle.

We therefore inform you that the rue du Sart Tilman (street from the traffic circle, near the 'Marco Polo') leading to rue de l'Aunaie (secretariat street) will be closed.

Traffic measures and detours will be as follows:

• On the route du Condroz and the Sart Tilman traffic circle, car/bus traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction;
• On route du Condroz and the Sart Tilman traffic circle, a pedestrian-bicycle lane on the sidewalk will be maintained;
• For motorists, rue de l'Aunaie and rue duSartTilman will no longer be accessible from the route du Condroz. A detour will be set up via the S. David Constant roundabout and the Colonster and Rectorat boulevards;
• In the direction of Sart Tilman/C.H.U., lines 48 and E20 will be diverted via the Liège Science Park, before rejoining Sart Tilman via the S. David-Constant roundabout;
• In the direction of Sart Tilman/C.H.U., the "Eglise", "Village/Hômes", "Rue de l'Aunaie" and "Amphithéâtres" bus stops will no longer be accessible, and will be moved to the "Chimie" stop;
• In the direction of the city center, bus traffic will not be affected.

Coming from the center of Liege (or Brussels-Liege highway - exit Liege Avroy-Ardennes)

Follow the direction Ardennes - Marche, then take the direction Sart-Tilman, you go up on the bridge of Ougrée, then follow the direction Angleur, at the roundabout take the 1st right (rue du Sart-Tilman), then take the 1st left.

The secretariat is about 100m further on the right (next to the computer store "Ordi.com").

Coming from Liège, bridge of Fragnée

Follow the direction Marche (you go up the road of Condroz), at the roundabout, take the 3rd on the right (you arrive at rue du Sart-Tilman), then take the 1st on the left.

The secretariat is about 100m further on the right.

Coming from the highway of Namur

Exit Seraing, just after the bridge, turn left, go straight on, then take the direction of Marche (you are going up on the bridge of Ougrée), then follow the direction of Angleur, at the roundabout take the 1st right (rue du Sart-Tilman), then take the 1st left.

The secretariat is about 100m further on the right.

Coming from the University Hospital (CHU)

Follow the direction of parking n°19 in the university domain.
