Je cours pour ma forme


Les activités « Je Cours Pour Ma Forme » (JCPMF) sont organisées sur le temps de midi par le Département de Sciences de la Motricité. Elles s’adressent à tous ceux qui veulent recommencer une activité sportive en douceur et à tous ceux qui pratiquent déjà le jogging et qui souhaitent courir en groupe et progresser.

Description

We offer a 12-week program (twice a year) based on the "Je cours pour ma forme" concept for beginners and advanced runners.

In addition to the 12-week program, participants in groups 2 (5 - 10 km) and 3 (10-15 km) can take advantage of additional training sessions supervised by the delegates.

 

1) 12-week program

For beginners (group 1), a very gradual approach should enable you to run 5km after a first cycle of around 12 weeks.

For experienced runners, two higher-level groups will be organized. Group 2: 5-10km. Group 3: 10-15 km.

Competent instructors will advise and encourage you over the weeks to reach your goal.

Evaluations will be carried out at the beginning and end of the cycle to assess your progress. One of the end-of-year objectives is to successfully take part in the Liège jogging event (Urban Tour).

Sart-tilman sports center

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.15pm to 1.15pm

October to mid-May - except vacations

  • 1st trimester cycle from 30.09.25
  • 2nd trimester cycle from 03.02.26

2) Complementary activities supervised by delegates

Outside the 12-week programs (including during vacations), training supervised by delegates for groups 2 (5-10 km) and 3 (10-15 km).

Schedule :

Sart-tilman Sports Center

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.15pm to 1.15pm (according to schedule)

Starting points:Centres sportifs du Sart-Tilman and surrounding areas (defined by the delegates according to the number of participants).

Depending on your level, you may be able to take part in competitions/activities in Belgium or abroad (ask delegates for details).

Cost

Course registration viaJCPMF online form (to be completed by 15/10/25, after which date please contact instructors directly).

Please note: for minors, parental authorization to be completed by parents via the MonClub application

Registration and payment

  1. After creating your profile on the InfosMonClub application, choose the "Je cours pour ma forme" sports package.

    For this discipline (without additional membership fee), even if you have already paid for your membership via the package for another discipline, you must choose the "Je cours pour ma forme" package displayed at €0.

    NB:
    membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional membership fee where applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
  2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
