New registration system

Since 2024, ULiège sports has been using the "MonClub" online registration system

As part of our eco-responsible approach, we have decided to move towards an innovative digital solution.

The MonClub application is available on Android and iOS platforms. MonClub can also be used on the computer.

Benefits for members:

• Time savings: no need to fill out paper forms or travel to register. With "MonClub", everything is done in just a few clicks from your smartphone (or computer).
• Secure payment: make your payments directly via the application, safely and easily.
• Accessible: manage your registrations anytime, anywhere. No queues or time constraints.

Thanks to the MonClub app, you can now :

- Register and pay (info: InscriptionRegister)

• Register for ULiège sports, choose your sports packages (membership packages) and pay via the application
  
  Sports packages (membership packages) include the price of ULiège membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sports packages, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
  
  Some activities or sports sections require pre-registration or a complementary procedure. Go to the page for each section for more information.
  
  
• Access your virtual membership card
  Please note: your virtual membership card and the ability to book your sports slots will only be available once payment has been received.
  
  

- Schedule management and reservations (info: Book a slot)

• View schedules for all sports
• Reserve your place for each activity up to 2 weeks in advance (unless otherwise stated)
• Register for courses in your section

- Communication and notifications

• Communicate with instructors and delegates
• Receive notifications of schedule changes, course cancellations, etc

- Document management

• Download proof of payment (mutual assistance, etc.)

MonClub via computer

You can also use a computer to create and manage your MonClub account, and to choose and pay for your various sports packages.

It is possible to access your MonClub account via a computer, except that this version of the application offers fewer options. For example, you won't have a digital membership card, and you won't be able to reserve your time slots. You'll need to print out your proof of payment and present it whenever a ULiège sports representative checks on you. To reserve a time slot, please contact the instructor on site directly (subject to the instructor's refusal in the event of a full course).
