Description

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) helps you build muscle, burn fat, boost your metabolic rate, improve your endurance and let off steam. A training session is made up of very short periods of intense effort alternating with periods of recovery.

Registration and payment

  1. After creating your profile on the InfosMonClub application, choose the "HIIT" sports package.

    For this discipline (without additional membership fee), even if you have already paid for your membership via the package for another discipline, you must choose the "HIIT" package displayed at €0

    NB: Membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional membership fee where applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
  2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary package at any time via the application.
