Orienteering race
If you're a fan of the great outdoors and nature, this sport will give you the opportunity to enjoy a physical activity adapted to your level, and to discover places you'd never have thought of venturing into.
Description
Orienteering is a sport that combines the physical and the mental: the principle is to link a starting point to the finish line by passing through a series of checkpoints, using only a map and a compass.
The aim of our section is to help you discover the pleasures of this sport and make progress on both fronts: learning and perfecting your orienteering technique, and improving and maintaining your physical condition.

Organization
Each session begins with a briefing (max. 5-10 minutes) on the day's exercise. After that, everyone is free to start at their own pace, either individually or in a group (free choice).
In just a few weeks, you'll have learned all the basics of orienteering.

Sports fair on Saturday September 27, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Campus Universitaire, Amphithéâtres de l'Europe, Quartier Agora, Boulevard de Colonster 13, Bâtiment B4, parking A): information on all sports, section stands, registration, etc

Via the InfosMonClub application
- After creating your profile on the InfosMonClub application, choose the "Orienteering" sports package
Membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose more than one sport, you will pay onlyone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
For this discipline, if you have already paid for your membership with another discipline, you must choose the "Orienteering" formula (displayed at 0 €). - Proceed to payment from the application.
You can add a complementary package at any time via the application.
