How do I add my ULiège student/staff card when my profile has already been created?
It is not possible to add your student or staff card directly from the application.
Your ULiège student or staff number will be added when you choose a membership option to register for.
Once you've clicked on the formula :
- Click on "Register"
- Scroll down and accept the terms and conditions
- Then, at the registration form stage: fill in only the fields that apply to you (Uliège Student, Staff...), including your registration number
- Continue until you have paid for the package, and your package will be validated
I am no longer receiving (or have never received) information from ULiège Sports, such as class cancellations. What should I do?
I can't register for a sports package because a padlock appears and I'm asked for a password
Formulas with a padlock are not yet available.
This means that registration will open on a specific date (see date in the formula title and on the section page on our site).
It does not mean that the activity is complete or closed.
The padlock will disappear when registration opens.
What do I do if I don't want my card number to remain encoded in the application?
Once you have made your payment, you can delete your card number so that it does not remain encoded in the application.
How can I pay online via the application and on my computer?
The application offers 2 payment methods:
- By credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bancontact
When you pay, you can add a credit card. Simply enter your credit or debit card number.
NB: when adding a debit card, the word "CVC" appears, but disappears when the system detects that it is a Bancontact payment.
After payment, if you wish, you can delete the registered card. On some versions of the application, the added card is not saved for the next payment.
If an error message appears, you can send us an email to the ULiège sports secretariat explaining the problem and attaching a screenshot.
I can't pay my membership fees

Bancontact payment in the application
Please note: for Bancontact payment => the CVC automatically disappears when you enter the card number, as Mangopay uses this number to identify whether or not the card has a CVC.
How can I receive my payment certificate(s)?
Via the mobile application
- Press the"Home" icon.
- In the top left-hand corner, select"My memberships".
- The list of your paid memberships appears.
- For each membership, click on the blue"Send receipt by e-mail" button.
- The receipt will be sent automatically to the e-mail address associated with your account.
From your computer
- In the top left-hand corner, click on"My member area"
- Then on"My memberships"
- The list of your paid memberships appears.
- For each membership, click on the orange"Download receipt" button.
- The receipt will be downloaded to your computer.
How do I reserve a time slot?
For most disciplines, members must reserve their sports slots (= classes) every 2 weeks.
Some sections are not currently concerned, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Relaxation, Pole dancing, Swimming lessons, Diving, Horse riding, Caving, Tennis and Padel lessons, Hiking, Hang gliding.
How do I book a sports slot?
- Via the application
- From the home page of your MonClub account, go to "My courses and events"
- Click on "view all
- Select the course you wish to book
- Click on "I confirm my registration"
- Then click on "confirm booking"
2. Via computer
It is currently not possible to book a sports slot via computer. You will have to contact the instructor on site directly (subject to the instructor's refusal in the event of a full class)
How do I cancel a session?
- Go to MonClub and log in to your account
- Click on the calendar icon
- Select the session you wish to cancel in "My regular training sessions"
- Click on the "already booked" button
- Then click on "cancel
I can't see my time slot in the schedule
- Slots open on the application from 14 days to 14 days. It is not possible to book a lesson that takes place in 1 month's time, for example.
For example: it's October1, so I can book a slot until October 14.
- For most sports, there are no classes during school vacations. As a result, there are no bookable slots during this period. Please check the website for course start and end dates and vacations.
Where to find membership cards and subscriptions?
- In the application :
Click on the home page("house" icon bottom left), then "My member card" top center of the screen).
A membership card will be generated for each subscription you take out.
- Computer version :
The computer version does not provide a digital membership card. You will therefore need to print out your proof of payment (membership card and section supplements) and present it to a ULiège sports representative for inspection.
What to do if an error message appears?
Send an e-mail to sports@uliege.be explaining the problem and attaching a screen shot.
Parent/child (family) accounts
- I've already created an account on the application and I'd like to add a family member (child, parent, spouse)
You can combine the profiles of one or more members of the same family into a single account. This will make it easier to reserve sports slots.
- How do I do this?
Go to the application in the account you've already created. On the home page, under the member's name, click on the arrow, then click on "Add a profile", and fill in the form for the family member whose account has not yet been created, then validate.
- I've created my own account and another account in your child's name (2 separate accounts)
It is not possible to combine the 2 accounts yourself. Contact the ULiège sports secretariat.
- I have a parent/child account in the application. Who receives notifications of cancellations, postponements, etc.?
The various communications can be sent by email or via push notification (in the application).
Each member of the family receives the email or notifications via his or her own profile.
Example: I have an account for all my family members. I'm a parent and registered for boxing, so I'll receive notifications via my profile. My child is registered for tennis and will receive notifications via his own profile.
I've made a mistake in my profile and I can't correct it. What should I do?
This concerns, for example
- My status (membership category)
- My email address
- First or last name, ..
In this case, please contact the ULS secretariat, who will make the changes.
WARNING: do not create a new account
I've lost my password. How do I reset it?
Open the mobile application, enter your e-mail address linked to your MonClub account, click on "Login", a new window will open asking you for your password, then click on "Forgot password". You will then receive an email from MonClub to reset your password.
On your computer, go to https://uliege.monclub.app/ then enter your e-mail address linked to your MonClub account, click on "Forgot your password". You will then receive an email from MonClub to reset your password.
I don't receive an email to reset my password
If you have unsubscribed from MonClub emails, you will no longer receive any messages from us (password reset, class cancellations, etc.). It is also possible that your email address was never validated via the verification email sent when you created your account. In both cases, emails cannot be sent to you.
Please contact the ULiège Sports office ( sports@uliege.be ) so that we can check your situation, reactivate email delivery if necessary, and resend the validation email.
