A friendly championship for teams made up of students from various faculties, university and higher education groups, as well as external teams.

Cost

1.Registration required (before the 25.09.26) (One annual membership fee only, regardless of the number of sports you participate in)

• ULiège students: 45€
• Students from other universities, higher education institutions, and elementary and secondary schools: €50
• ULiège staff (and spouses): €65
• Staff at CHU-CHR Citadelle, ADEPS, and Eurogentec: €65
• ULiège alumni: €70
• Others (not listed above): 75€

2. Additional subscription per player: €15/championship

The Championship

• Pool composition: by drawing lots according to teams' wishes
• Match schedule: available on our website from 05.10.26.
  
  • Once again this year, teams will be able to use free time for training or friendly matches (max. 1 week before the chosen date)
• Championship rules :
  
  • The basic championship rules
  • "Rules of play" of the French Indoor Football League  (subject to change)
• Postponement of matches (force majeure): Team captains must agree on a date for the postponement. They must then send an e-mail to ULiège sports, which will confirm the postponement.
• In the event of an accident during a championship match, please complete the "accident declaration form" in full, have it signed by the referee and send it to us. NB: we will not be able to follow up incomplete documents.

Registration

1) Before 25.09.26  :

Each player must register with ULiège sports via application MonClub application

• Tolload and create an account on the MonClub application (club code: uliegesports)
  
  NB: Membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sports packages, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
  
• Choose the formula "Indoor soccer : participation in interfaculty championship"
• Proceed to payment from the application
• Don't forget to fill in the name of your team(s) in the name of your team(s)

2) TEAM REGISTRATION - Before September 25, 2026:

The team captain or his representative must complete the team registration form (Google form) via this link: https://forms.gle/rFFrAA1eMebp6TPq6  . This document includes the surnames, first names, membership card number and e-mail address of each player, and will be used to draw up the match schedule.

3) Starting October 5, 2026, the fixture list will be available on our website.

4) Start of championship: Monday 12.10.26

Please note that the team will only be registered for the championship when :

• All players have paid their membership fee (ULiège sports membership card) and the additional €15 subscription fee for the current year (seeMonClub application ).
  NB: of course, it will be possible to add a player during the year - see championship rules
• The secretariat will have received the team registration form (Google form) via this link: https://forms.gle/UmvspqtsGqaDgchB8

Useful information

Please note: teams mustindicate their wishes on the registration form (preferred day(s) and time(s), dates of unavailability, etc.). These will be respected as far as possible.
No changes can be made after the calendar has been sent out (except in cases of force majeure as determined by the secretary's office).

How do I postpone a match or use a training room?

The two captains must agree on a new date for the match. Then, both must send an email to the ULiège sports secretariat, which will confirm the postponement.

Please note that it is not possible to postpone a match on the same day.
Postponements can only be made via this procedure.

How do I add a player to my team?

After registering via MonClub, the player or team captain sends an e-mail to the ULiège sports secretariat (at least 48 hours before the match for which the player is to be added) stating the surname, first name, membership card number and e-mail address of the additional player.

The referees are in possession of the team composition. From the end of October, any player not on these lists will not be able to take part in matches. If your name does not appear in your team in the application, please send an e-mail to the secretariat to add it.
