PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, there will not be an Interfac Championship for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Description

A friendly championship for teams made up of students from different faculties, groups from the University and Higher Education, as well as external teams.

The Championship :

• Composition of the pools : by drawing lots taking into account the wishes of the teams
• Schedule of matches: available via the Foot 24-7 application from 14.10.22 or via the website for people without a smartphone.
  NB : players must accept to receive notifications from the application in order to be kept informed of messages and possible changes that may occur on certain games.

• Possible postponements of matches (force majeure): the captains must agree on a new date for the match. Then, they must send an email to the secretariat which will confirm the postponement.
• Please note that a team registering in the Interfacs Indoor Football Championships must be able to field players in both championships simultaneously.
• Equipment: thanks to our partnership with Foot 24-7, teams can benefit from a discount when purchasing sports equipment at Decathlon during the championship. Information via https://foot24-7.com
• In case ofaccident during a championship game, please fill in the "accident declaration form", have it signed by the referee and send it to us. NB: we will not be able to follow up an incomplete document

Registration

1. Proceed to the individual registration of each player before 23.09.22:

• Fill in theregistration form and make the bank payment (before 23.09.22 because take into account a delay of a few days for the reception of the membership card). To be paid on the account BE40 0682 0827 2363 mentioning in communication : name + first name of the player + name of the team (obligatory) - or by going to the secretariat in Sart-Tilman
• Or go to the secretariat to complete the registration formalities

2.Before 29.09.22, fill in the team registration form via our website and pay the registration fee of the team: 55 € to be paid on the account BE40 0682 0827 2363 mentioning in communication: "Participation interfac soccer team" + name of the team
NB: this document includes the name, first name, membership card number and e-mail of each player

3. For the players who wish to use the Foot 24-7 application: the players will receive an email from Foot 24-7 inviting them to create or modify their profile. Each player will also be able to scan their RCAE membership card.

4. Information session for team captains: Monday 10.10.22 at 6pm at the CRU (RCAE clubhouse next to the secretariat): presentation of the calendar, the rules, questions and answers concerning the Foot 24-7 application.

5. From 14.10.22, the calendar of the meetings will be available on our site and via the application Foot 24-7.

6. Start of the championship : Monday 17.10.2022

Attention: the team will be really registered for the championship only when :

• All players will be in possession of their membership card of the current year (of course, it will be possible to add a player during the year - see rules of the championship)
• The secretariat will have received the registration form of the team
• The payment of the team's participation (55 €) will have been settled

Useful information

• Attention: teams must indicate their wishes on the registration form (day(s) and time(s) of preference, dates of unavailability, ...). These will be respected as much as possible
• No modification can be made after the sending of the calendar (except in case of force majeure appreciated by the secretariat)
• Attention: the duration of the matches can be reduced (2 X 35 minutes) during the championship in case of problem of grounds.

How to postpone a match or occupy a room for a training session?

It will be possible to find a room for a training via the website and the application Foot24/7.

To postpone a match : you must contact the captain of the opposing team in order to agree on a new date for the match. Then, you must both send an email to the secretariat which will confirm the postponement.

Be careful, it will not be possible to postpone a match on the same day.
Postponements can only be done via this procedure, so do not send an email to Foot 24-7 because they will not be able to process your request.

How to add a player in his team ?

After registering, the player or the team captain sends an email to the secretariat (at least 48 hours before the match for which the player will be added) indicating the name, the first name, the membership card number and the email address of the additional player.
The player will then receive an email from Foot 24-7 inviting him to update his profile on the application.

The referees are in possession of the team composition. From November, the player not appearing on these lists will not be able to take part in the matches. If your name does not appear in your team in the application, please send an email to the secretary to add it.

Membership cards:
As a reminder, all players must add their membership card photo via the application. Those who do not use the application can send the photo of their card to Foot 24-7 who will add it.

Application problem:
If you encounter problems with the Foot 24-7 application, please delete it and download it again.
