Registration fees

The annual membership fee is mandatory and gives access to all disciplines.

Each member pays only one registration per year, regardless of the number of sports practiced.

An annual membership fee is required to take part in any of our activities (except during the open house in early October).

 

In several sections organizing their activities within the framework of conventions with civil clubs, we cannot accept external members in the regular activities. Nevertheless, it can happen that during specific activities, it is exceptionally exempted from this rule, in particular during the cycles of training. Currently, these are the sections : Sports Dancing, Golf and Horseback Riding.
For some activities, people under 16 years old cannot be accepted (ask each section).

 

Discounts

Some sports offer discounts in the following cases:

• Family discount from the 3rd registration
• Unemployed person
• Late registration from March 1st onwards (conditions: see secretariat)

Mutual insurance reimbursement

Some mutual insurance companies provide financial assistance for registration in a sports club.

Do not hesitate to ask your mutual insurance company for information on their conditions.

 For example : Mutualité Chrétienne, Omnimut, Mutualité Neutre, Solidaris  etc.

 

Sports cheques

We accept sports cheques (paper version), namely

• Ticket Complement Sport & Culture" vouchers - Edenred
• Sport and Culture Pass" vouchers - Sodexo
• The sport vouchers granted by the French Community

Additional fees

A supplement can be requested in the following cases:

• Annual" or "course cycle" subscriptions
• Registration for championships and training courses
• Internal registrations to the sections (sections "with material", ...)

The amount of the additional subscriptions varies according to the category of the member.

NB: All students, whether university, high school, secondary or primary school, benefit from the same rate.

No additional fees can be charged unless specified in the Sports Guide or on our website.

Prices may change during the year.

Additional information

• Registration and any additional memberships or sectional dues are non-refundable and non-refundable for whatever reason.
• If the instructor or assistant instructor is absent, ULiège sports will do its utmost to find a replacement. However, if no replacement is found despite our efforts, the course will be cancelled for reasons of force majeure and no refund will be given.
• Any member who is not in possession of his membership card (and complementary subscription in certain sports) may be refused access to sports activities. The cards must be presented at all times during any control carried out by our representatives.
• For any duplicate card (membership or subscription), a fee of 3 € will be charged.
