Membership fees

Registration fees

Annual membership is compulsory and gives access to all disciplines.

Each member pays onlyone registration fee per year, regardless of the number of sports practiced.

The annual membership fee is compulsory to take part in activities (except during the Open House in early October).

 

As several sections organize their activities under agreements with civilian clubs, we are unable to accept external members for regular activities. Nonetheless, we may exceptionally waive this rule for specific activities, such as training courses. At present, these are the following sections: Danses sportives, Golf and Equitation.
For certain activities, persons under 16 years of age cannot be accepted (please contact each section for details).

 

Discounts

From March 1, 2027, 30% discount on certain formulas (*) via coupon code to be used directly at time of payment on the MonClub application.

(*)  indoor sports ending in April, May or June

Mutuelle reimbursement

Some mutual insurance companies cover the cost of joining a sports club.

Don't hesitate to ask your mutual insurance company for details of their terms and conditions.

For example: Mutualité Chrétienne, Omnimut, Mutualité Neutre, Solidaris etc.

 

Sports vouchers

We accept sports vouchers:

• Sports vouchers granted by the French Community "
• "Edenred Sport et Culture
• "Pluxee Sport et Culture

Payment on site at the ULiège sports secretariat during opening hours only. It is not possible to pay with sports vouchers via the MonClub application.

 

Additional fees

A supplement may be requested in the following cases:

• Annual" or "course cycle" subscriptions
• Registration for championships and training courses
• Internal section registrations or supplements ("equipment" sections, federation dues, course fees, etc.)

The cost of additional subscriptions varies according to the member's category.

NB: All university, college, secondary and primary school students benefit from the same rate.

No additional fees may be charged unless specified on our website.

Prices may change during the year.

Further information

• Registration fees, additional memberships and section subscriptions are non-refundable and non-recoverable for any reason whatsoever.
• In the event of the absence of a scheduled instructor or assistant instructor, ULiège sports will make every effort to find a replacement. However, if no replacement is found despite our efforts, the course will be cancelled for reasons of force majeure and no refund will be given.
• Members who are not in possession of their membership card (and complementary subscription in certain sports) may be refused access to sporting activities. Membership cards must therefore be presented at the time of any check carried out by our representatives.
