In the beginning, the game was just a pie pan toss. Now, for many, it's just a sport of the beach and the sun. But it is a sport with rules, championships and even fans.
Description
Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport that is technical, physical, tactical and based on fair play. If you want to discover this sport, come and try with us. You'll probably be "hooked" after a few practices.
We offer you :
- Indoor and outdoor training
- Participation in Belgian and international Championships (indoor, outdoor and beach) and other tournaments depending on the number of participants
Place & time
From October to the end of June - except holidays
Schedule : from october to june
Summer hours (outdoor): April to end of October (Sclessin) :
- Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm
- Thursday from 7pm to 9pm
Winter hours (indoor) : from 04.11.23 to 09.03.24 (including All Saints and Carnival except the 2 weeks of Christmas holidays) - except holidays
- Saturday from 9h30 to 12h30 at the Saint-Benoît/Saint-Servais Sports Center in Liege
- Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm in Sclessin
- Thursday from 7pm to 9pm in Sclessin
No obligation to follow the several trainings per week
Equipment
- Outdoor: shoes with spikes and sportswear
- Indoor: shoes with non-marking soles and sportswear
Cost
Please note that it is imperative to complete the parental authorization form for those under 18 years of age (Parental authorization to be downloaded) and to give it to the instructor or to drop it off at the ULiège sports office.
