Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport using a disc to pit two teams against each other. The aim is to score points by making successive passes across the field towards the opponent's end zone, where the disc is caught. Ultimate can be played outdoors on grass (7 vs. 7) or indoors on the beach (5 vs. 5).
There are several divisions: Open (no gender requirement), Women (women only) and Mixed (4 men/3 women or 4 women/3 men).
We offer :
- Indoor and outdoor training
- Participation in Belgian championships (indoor, outdoor and beach) and other tournaments depending on the number of participants.
- Players with no experience are welcome at the usual times until December. In addition, dedicated beginners' training sessions are organized from time to time. Further information on the Facebook page or from the contact persons.
Location and schedule
Schedule: Year-round and open to all
- Rassembleur training
- For whom: Open to all members
- Schedule: Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Location: ASC marocaine grounds, Rue de l'hippodrome, 4000 Liège - Group training
- For whom: members taking part in championships (including beginners)
Summer period
- Schedule: Tuesdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Location: ASC marocaine field, Rue de l'hippodrome, 4000 Liège
Winter period
- Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Location: [TO BE CONFIRMED LATER]
- Schedule: Saturdays from 09:30 to 12:30 (from 25.10.25 to 07.03.26 except no classes on the following dates: 01.11, 27.12.25 and 03.01.26).
- Location: Salle St Benoit / St Servais, rue Lambert-le-Bègue 44, 4000 Liège
- Entrainement au Besoin (at the initiative of players who want more)
- For whom: variable
- Schedule: On a case-by-case basis and defined
- Location: ASC marocaine grounds, Rue de l'hippodrome, 4000 Liège or other location defined in advance.
Note: times may be subject to room availability.
NB: don't forget to reserve your place on the course up to 2 weeks in advance (info: Book a slot)
No obligation to attend several training sessions per week
Equipment
- Outdoors: shoes with non-metallic studs and sportswear
- Indoors: shoes with non-marking soles and sportswear
Cost
2. Ultimate Belgium federation and club (FBFDV / BFDF) registration (compulsory for all): €30
3. To be paid according to championship participation wishes:
- Participation in INTERIEUR championships (open/women): €25
- Participation in INTERIEUR championships (mixed): €25
- Participation in EXTERIEUR championships (open/women): €25
- Participation in EXTERIEUR championships (mixed): €25
To pay for championships, contact the instructors.
Championship fees are subject to change in the event of a fee increase by the federation.
Please note: for minors, parental authorization to be completed by parents via the MonClub application
Registration and payment
1. Once you've created your profile, you'll need to pay the ULiège sports membership fee (compulsory) and thefederation registration fee (30€) via the MonClub application, then choose the "Ultimate frisbee (adult section)" sports package.
NB: Membership packages include the ULiège sports membership fee and any additional membership fees. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
2. Proceed to payment from the application.
3. To pay for participation in championships, contact the instructors first. A payment link will then be sent to you via the MonClub application to pay for your participation in the chosen championship(s).
You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
