Aerobics, Step, Zumba...

Classes description (unlimited access)
Aerobics/Step
Set to music at a brisk pace, either on the floor for aerobics or using a step platform, these classes involve learning and memorizing a choreographed routine. They build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles, and offer the joy of physical expression.
Body Conditioning
An intense workout combining cardio, explosive movements, and strength training (using body weight). The movements can be adapted to all fitness levels. These sessions will help you improve your physical and mental abilities.
Body-Sculpt
Full-body strength training. The warm-up consists of basic aerobic steps and movements. This is followed by compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously (often using weights or resistance bands). Floor exercises are also included. The class ends with stretching and relaxation.
Cardio Dance
This class combines dynamic choreography with a fitness approach to provide a full-body cardio workout in an energetic and friendly atmosphere. Set to contemporary, upbeat music, the movements flow together to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness—all while having fun. Open to everyone, this class requires no prior dance experience.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a comprehensive workout that combines cardio and strength training, moving through a variety of exercises with minimal rest time. It’s ideal for improving endurance, strength, and muscle tone.
Thighs, Abs, and Glutes (CAF)
Strength training focused on exercises that target the core muscles (abdominals) as well as the lower body muscles, such as the glutes and thighs.
Latino Thighs-Abs-Glutes
Combine Latin rhythms with thigh-ab-glute strength training in a dynamic class open to everyone—tone up while having fun.
Stretching
Stretching is a gentle activity focused on stretching, designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote muscle recovery.
Strong Fitness
This class is built around a choreography that combines movements from combat sports and fitness. Following HIIT principles, it provides a full-body workout without weights, featuring plenty of cardio and explosive movements—all set to upbeat music specially designed to match each movement and motivate you to give it your all!
Zumba
Combines Latin dance steps (salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, etc.) and international dance steps (dancehall, hip-hop, Bollywood, etc.) with a fitness approach. A complete and effective workout to keep you in excellent shape. Accessible to everyone, Zumba requires no prior dance experience.
