Aerobics/Step

Aerobics and step workouts are performed to fast-paced music, on the floor or with a step, and include learning and memorizing choreography. Cardiovascular endurance, muscle strengthening and the pleasure of body expression.

Body conditioning

Intense workout combining cardio, explosiveness and muscle strengthening (bodyweight). Movements are adaptable to all levels. These sessions will help you improve your physical and mental capacities.

Body-sculpt

Muscle strengthening for the whole body. Warm-up with basic aerobic steps and movements. This is followed by combined exercises to work several muscle groups at the same time (regularly with weights or elastics). Floor exercises are also included. The class ends with stretching and relaxation.

Cardio power workout

A complete, high-energy training program combining muscle-strengthening exercises and cardio-focused activities. This class works the whole body.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a complete workout combining cardio and strength training, with a series of varied exercises and little rest time. Ideal for improving endurance, strength and tone.

Thighs-abdos-buttocks

Muscle-strengthening exercises focusing on the support muscles (abdominals), as well as on the muscles of the lower limbs, such as the glutes and thighs.

Stretching

Stretching is a gentle, stretching-based activity designed to improve flexibility, release tension and promote muscle recovery.

Strong fitness

This class is choreographed to combine combat sports and fitness movements. Following hiit principles, it works the muscles of the whole body without loads, with lots of cardio and explosiveness, all set to upbeat music specially designed to match each movement and motivate you to give it your all!

Zumba

Combines Latin (salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton ...) and international (dancehall, hip-hop, bollywood ...) dance steps with a fitness approach. Complete and effective physical exercise to keep you in top form. Zumba is accessible to all, and requires no previous dance experience.

Registration and payment

  1. After creating your profile in the MonClub application, choose the "Aerobics-Fitness" sports package

NB: Membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).

2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
