Description

Summer is fast approaching... and with it, our essential summer session of group classes is back, richer than ever!

This year, ULiège Sports is offering 8 different activities to keep you in shape all summer long, in a friendly, motivating atmosphere!

One subscription = access to all classes!

Dates

Courses run from July 7 to August 31, 2025.

Timetable

NB: as the number of places in the room is limited, once payment has been received, you must reserve your place for each class.

Tuesday

  • 12.15pm - 1.15pm: yoga
  • 5.30 - 6.30 pm: strength training
  • 6.30pm - 7.30pm: pilates

Wednesday

  • 19h - 20h30: self-defense

Thursday

  • 5.30pm - 6.30pm: HIIT
  • 6.30pm - 7.30pm: Strong Nation

Friday

  • 12.15pm - 1.15pm: Stretching
  • 1.15pm - 2.15pm: Thighs-Back-Buttocks

Where to park?

  • Please do do not park on the sidewalks, alongside ULiège buildings or roadsides, so as not to disturb people moving through or working in the area.

Courses descriptions

Yoga (Viniyoga)

Traditional yoga accessible to all, based on a fluid sequence of postures and conscious breathing. The approach is progressive, respectful of the body and focused on listening to oneself.

Muscular strengthening

Whole-body work with targeted exercises to tone muscles, improve posture and strengthen in depth.

Pilates

A gentle yet effective method for strengthening deep muscles, improving posture and enhancing stability and mobility.

Self-defense

Learn how to react effectively in the event of aggression, using simple, realistic and accessible techniques. The course focuses on survival, effectiveness and real-life situations.

HIIT

Short, intense sessions combining cardio and renfo. Perfect for burning calories, boosting endurance and surpassing yourself!

Strong Nation

A full-body workout to the beat of the music, combining explosive movements, sheathing and muscle strengthening.

Stretching

A moment of active relaxation to stretch the body, improve flexibility and release accumulated tension.

Cuisses-Abdos-Fessiers (CAF)

Targeted exercises to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles, buttocks and legs. Simple, effective and motivating!

Equipment

  • Comfortable sports clothing
  • Shoes suitable for indoor use
  • Personal floor mat (mats will be available on loan if required)

Cost

Member rates 24-25 :

  • Students (ULiège & others): €35
  • Non-members : €40

Rates for non-members 24-25* :

1) Summer 2025 membership card: €10

2) + Summer 2025 course subscription (insurance included) :

  • Students: €35
  • Outside France: €40

* NON-MEMBERS : if you do not have the ULiège sports 2024-2025 basic membership card.

How do I register?

  1. Open the MonClub application.
  2. Click on the planet icon > then on membership formulas > click on the blue 'skip ' button (to skip the filters) > scroll down to the " Summer 2025 courses - MEMBERS" formula (if you are a ULiège sports 24-25 member) OR " Summer course 2025 - NON-MEMBERS" (if you are not a ULiège sports 24-25 member)
  3. Click on the desired formula.
  4. Follow the instructions until the final payment.
