Creating your MonClub profile, signing up for activities, making payments, getting certificates, and getting your membership card: find step-by-step instructions for all these steps.
Downloadthe "MonClub" app (SportinTech): available on Android and iOS.
When you open the app, tap“ENTER CLUB CODE”(at the bottom of the page)
Enter the club code: uliegesports
Confirm
Tap“Get Started”
Create your profile(note: a profile photo is required)
Note: A minor's profile must be created by a parent
If you area ULiège student, a student at a Haute École, or a ULiège staff member, you mustenter your student ID number or staff ID numberin the registration form/questionnaire within the app when you sign up for a plan.
On the left side of the screen, under the heading “Not a member yet? Sign up!”, click on“View activities,” then“See all”
Choose a sports plan. You’ll then be asked a few questions to create your account.
Your account will be created as soon as payment for the selected sports package is processed.
You can access your MonClub account via a computer, but this version of the app offers fewer options. For example:you won’t have a digital membership card, andyouwon’tbeable to reserve time slots. You will therefore needto print your payment receipt andpresent it whenever a ULiège Sports representative checks your status. Regarding slot reservations: you’ll need to speak directly with the instructor on site (subject to the instructor’s refusal if the class is full).
To receive all our communications (class cancellations, important information, etc.), it is essential thatyou verify your email addressusing the verification message sent when you created your MonClub account.
Without a verified email address, our messages cannot be sent to you, andULiège Sports cannot be held responsible if you do not receive them.
If you think you may not have verified your email address or if you are no longer receiving our communications, please contact the ULiège Sports office (sports@uliege.be) so that we can verify your account and, if necessary, resend the verification email.
After creating your profile, you can sign up for the sports or membership plans of your choice and then make the payment directly through the app.
Where can I find the sports/membership plans?
At the bottom of your app's screen, click the "Registration" icon, then"Become a Member 2026/2027"
Then browse and choose from the various sports packages.
- Sports packages include the ULiège Sports membership fee and an additional fee, if applicable.If you choose multiple sports packages, you will payonly one ULiège Sports membership fee(the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
- The price of each sports package will vary depending on your membership status (student, non-student, ULiège staff, alumnus, external participant, etc.).
- Certain sports activities or sections requirepre-registration or an additional procedure.Visit the page for each section on our website for more information.
- Some sports do not require an additional membership fee(HIIT, Fitness Training, Open Swim, etc.). For these activities,you must still select the sports package for the relevant sport, evenif it shows aprice of €0. This will allow you to access the schedule to reserve your time slots, appear on the list for your chosen sport, and receive notifications in the event of instructor absences or updates from instructors/representatives, for example.
Browse and select from the various sports options, then click "Sign Up"
You will then be asked a few additional questions.
You’ll then proceed to the payment step. You can pay via Bancontact or credit card. Note: As a reminder, this is when the amount will be adjusted based on your membership status or the ULiège Sports membership fee will be deducted if you’ve already paid it for another sports package.
Note: You will be asked to enter your card number (Bancontact or credit card). After payment, you may delete the card number so that it is not stored in the app.
Please note: For Bancontact payments, the CVC disappears automatically when you enter the card number, because Mangopay uses that number to determine whether the card has a CVC or not.
Create your account in the MonClub app or on a computer, then visit the ULiège Sports office at during business hours.
With this payment method, you do not need to select a sports package before visiting the ULiège Sports office, which will approve your sports packages for you.
Virtual membership card: Once your registration is complete and payment has been processed, a digital membership card will be generated and accessible directly from the mobile app
How do you view your card?In the app, tap the home screen (the “house” icon in the bottom left corner), then tap“My Membership Card” atthe top center of the screen.
A membership card will be generatedfor each subscriptionyou purchase.
No membership card is available on the desktop version: you’ll needto print your payment receipt andpresent it whenever a ULiège Sports representative checks your membership.
