Description

Fencing develops qualities that are much sought-after in modern life: self-control, control of impulsivity and shyness, while retaining a significant playful aspect.

 

We offer :

• Regular training:
  - Complete course: warm-up, technical work, lessons, assaults
  - Initiation for beginners and improvement for the more experienced.
  - Friendly matches and tournaments within the section
• Competitions open to ULiège sports members:
  - Friendly tournaments organized with C.E. Embourg in October and February
  - Some friendly competitions (Belgium or abroad)

We offer courses in Angleur and Embourg

Equipment

• T-shirt
• Training pants (no shorts)
• Indoor shoes
• Specific equipment (vests, masks, weapons) is available on loan

Group orders are available for the purchase of equipment

Cost

2. Complementary annual "Escrime" subscription:

• Students (ULiège and other students): 35€
• Other categories: 60€

3. For courses at Embourg: equipment rental €25/year (possibility of group orders)

Registration and payment

1. After creating your profile in the MonClub application Infos, choose the "Fencing" sports package.
   
   Membership packages include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sports packages, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.

Salon des sports on Saturday September 27, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Campus Universitaire, Amphithéâtres de l'Europe, Quartier Agora, Boulevard de Colonster 13, Bâtiment B4, parking A): information on all sports, section stands, registration, etc
