Boxing
Description
This course combines an introduction to English boxing (fists), muscle strengthening, mental fitness and physical conditioning.
Mixed discipline suitable for all motivated people, novice or experienced.
There's no deadline for signing up and getting started.
Location and schedule
CENTRES SPORTIFS DU SART-TILMAN - Hall du Blanc gravier
From 30.09.25 to 29.05.26 - except vacations
- Tuesdays from 8.30pm to 10pm (Espace "G3")
- Wednesday 8pm-10pm ("Team sports" area)
- Fridays from 18h to 19h30 (Badminton area)

Equipment
Personal equipment:
- Mouthguard, English boxing strips and gloves (compulsory after the 1st week - not compulsory for a trial)
- Sports kit and towel
- Floor mats on request
Equipment supplied:
- Ring
- Sandbags and punching bags
- Skipping ropes and equipment

At the Salon des Sports on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Amphithéâtres de l'Europe, Campus du Sart-Tilman, boulevard du Rectorat 13, Bâtiment B4, 4000 Liège (Sart-Tilman)

2. Additional annual "martial arts" subscription (access to all martial arts except fencing) :
- Students (ULiège and other students): 35€
- Other categories: €60

Registration and payment
- Once you've created your profile on the MonClub application, choose the "Boxing" sports package.
NB: Membership packages include the ULiège sports membership fee and any additional membership fees. If you choose several sports formulas (including several martial arts - except fencing), you will only pay one ULiège sports membership and one "martial arts" subscription (the amount to be paid will be automatically adjusted). - Proceed to payment from the application. NB: if you have already paid the "martial arts" subscription, the amount displayed will be 0 €. Please complete the procedure and "validate" the payment.
You can add a complementary package at any time via the application.
