Welcome to the Natural Method physical education section.

Description

You will develop your body's essential skills: walking, running, crawling, climbing, jumping, balancing, throwing, carrying, defending yourself...
This training will help you in your daily life and enable you to be ready to react in any situation for yourself and others.

Training takes place partly in the city, partly in the woods of Sart-Tilman to vary the environments (and therefore the situations). Once or twice a month, a specific training session is held at the swimming pool to develop the same physical skills in the water.

Location & schedule

From 03.09.26 to 01.07.27  - except holidays except vacations

NB: don't forget to reserve your place in class up to 2 weeks in advance (info: Reserve a slot)

Equipment

Outdoors

• Sportswear and running shoes
• Rain gear
• In winter, a headlamp

Swimming pool

• Swimsuit and cap mandatory
• Swimming goggles for those who want them

Conditions

Outdoors :

• Run and play sports without difficulty

In the pool:

• Be able to float for 1 minute
• Be able to swim 50m
• Be able to dive without flattening out

Cost

1.Registration required

• ULiège students: 45€
• Students from other universities, higher education institutions, and elementary and secondary schools: €50
• ULiège staff (and spouses): €65
• Staff at CHU-CHR Citadelle, ADEPS, and Eurogentec: €65
• ULiège alumni: €70
• Others (not listed above): 75€

2. Federation membership (payable to ULiège sports): 15€/academic year

3. Possible financial participation for certain outings

Registration and payment

1. After creating your profile in the MonClub application, choose the "Sport'Nat" sports package.
   Please note: if you have already paid for federation membership via another club, choose the "Sport'Nat" package (without federation membership).
   
   NB: Membership packages include the ULiège Sports membership fee and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sport formulas, you will pay only oneULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
