Description

We're organizing an ALMA evening involving 400 people from the Universities of Aachen, Liège, Maastricht and Hasselt. Other evenings (outside ALMA) will be organized according to demand and possibilities.

ALMA Evening

Place & time

On the indoor track at Landgraaf

• Tuesday, November 18, 2025
• Access to the track from 7pm to 11pm
• Departure from Sart-Tilman at 6 pm (from the ULiège sports secretariat) - - Return to Sart-Tilman around 1 am

  Registration closes on 12/11/25 at 12:00 p.m 

Equipment

Rental of ski or snowboard equipment on site included in the price of the evening.

For additional equipment rental:

• Jacket + Trousers: 15.95€ (payable on site)
• Gloves: 9.95€ (payable on site)
• Lockers: 2.5€ per locker (payable on site)

Prices subject to change + Payment on site by credit or debit card only (no cash payments)

How do I register?

Registration is only effective once payment has been received.

After creating your profile in theMonClub application , or if you already have a profile, after opening your MonClub application:

• Click on the "Planet" icon
• Select "Membership formulas
• Click on "Skip
• Scroll down to the formula (depending on your status):
• Complete the form and finalize payment

• Current year members: €35
• Non-members: €45

The price of the evening includes entry (ski pass), ski or snowboard equipment rental and initiation for beginners.

Important note: once participation has been paid for, no cancellations or refunds will be possible, as ULiège sports incurs fees with SnowWorld prior to the event.
