Description

This course is designed for anyone wishing to learn how to relax effectively, tame stress and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The techniques you'll discover work effectively to reduce tension, progressively relax and manage stress. They're easy to apply at home.

Using various tools derived from meditation, hypnosis and nervous system regulation, such as anchoring, conscious breathing, visualizations, hypnosis, EFT, yoga postures and self-massage, the courses will enable you to :
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Soothe the mind
  • Act on emotional regulation
  • Reduce physical tension
  • Reconnect with yourself and your body
  • Boost your immune system
  • Improve sleep quality and vitality
  • Enjoy the present moment more fully
Sessions take place in several progressive stages: gentle movement (breathing, stretching, anchoring, etc.), followed by seated practice to allow initial internalization and resourcing (meditation, guided hypnosis, etc.). They end with a lying-down relaxation, leading to bodily relaxation and deep relaxation.

How to register

Online registration opens :

  • Wednesday 03.09.25 at 6.30pm on the MonClub application
  • A padlock on the membership form in MonClub? This means that registration will open on a specific date (see above). It does not mean that the activity is full or closed. The padlock will disappear when registration opens.
  • Before the day of online registration, we invite you to download and create an account on the "MonClub" application (club code: uliegesports).

How do I register?

  1. After creating your profile in the MonClub, from 03.09.25 at 6.30pm, choose the "Relaxation and stress management" sports package.

    NB: Membership packages include the ULiège sports membership fee and an additional contribution if applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
  2. Proceed to payment from the application.

You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
