Pole dance
A sport discipline as playful as it is demanding, pole dancing is an activity accessible to all, beginners and advanced alike, young and old alike.
Pole dancing is an acrobatic dance that combines graceful rotary movements and acrobatic figures on a chrome bar.
Far from sexist clichés, our practice focuses on toning muscles, cardio and flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, pole dancing builds self-confidence and improves your relationship with your own body.
Description
Our classes consist of warm-up sessions and muscle training, cardio and stretching. During these training sessions, you'll learn how to work correctly and with respect for the body, for an efficient and non-destructive practice.
Then, we work on barre dancing, which includes a choreographic part and another dedicated to learning the different figures.
At no time will the class deal with the issue of sexiness or seduction, and the practice we offer is strictly sporty and playful. We invite you to take part in a fun, enriching and convivial experience, focused on meeting yourself and others in a healthy, warm yet rigorous environment that will help you develop your skills.
