Pilates is a body awareness method.
It proves to be very effective in improving posture and posture among other things. It mobilizes and strengthens the spine, tones the deep abdominal girdle to improve stability and makes the overall muscle work more effective.
ChiBall™, a method created by Monica Linford (Australia) and present in many countries, was developed to fight against the syndrome of overwork and chronic fatigue.
This gymnastics allows at the same time to acquire a better posture, to mobilize and strengthen effectively the musculature while relaxing the body by soft and balanced movements.
It is derived from ancestral and/or proven disciplines such as Tai-chi, Qi-Gong, Pilates, Yoga and Feldenkrais® .
The Chiball™ is practiced with the help of a small ball that facilitates the realization of the proposed exercises.
Garuda Pilates ® (James D'Silva), a method combining the principles of pilates, yoga asanas, the rigor of dance and the rhythm of breathing. It increases strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. The result is improved posture, ease of movement and a calmer mind.

Course cancellations / postponements :
- Classes on Thursday 11.09.25 (initially scheduled from 6pm to 7pm and from 7pm to 8pm at the Rotheux local school) could not take place (instructor absent). 2. Additional annual subscription for one session per week:

The Pilates subscription gives access to a one-hour class per week. You must therefore choose a class day and time and keep them for the whole academic year. Several classes per week = several complementary annual subscriptions.

How to register
Online registration opens :
- Thursday 04.09.25 at 6.30pm on the MonClub application
- A padlock on the membership form in MonClub? This means that registration will open on a specific date (see above). It does not mean that the activity is full or closed. The padlock will disappear when registration opens.
- Before the day of online registration, we invite you to download and create an account on the "MonClub" application (club code: uliegesports).
How do I register?
- After creating your profile in the MonClub, from Thursday 04.09.25 at 6.30pm, choose the "Pilates" sports formula for the day of your choice.
NB: Membership packages include the ULiège sports membership fee and an additional fee, if applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only payone ULiège sports membership fee (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment). - Proceed to payment from the application.
You can add a complementary formula at any time via the application.
