University Championships

Team sports:
The championships take place during the academic year, starting in November each year and finishing in March (French-speaking final). The winning teams of the Francophone championships then go on to compete in the national championships.

Individual sports:
These are direct national championships (no French-speaking final beforehand).

Please note:
There is a registration fee for these championships, but ULiège sports covers the participation costs directly for its students (conditions see ULiège sports secretariat).

During university championships, ULiège can count on the support of its official mascot, Roger le Toré. Inspired by the bull, a powerful symbol of Liège tradition, Roger embodies the energy, collective spirit, and values of the university community. How much does it cost?

All you have to do is pay your annual ULiège sports fee of €40 (ULiège students) via the MonClub application.

How can I take part?

1. Team sports :
   Get in touch with the university team managers via the page for each sport on our website ("Les sports" section).
   
   Individual sports:
   Send an email to ULiège sports indicating the championship (discipline) for which you would like to receive information and the invitation to participate.
   
   
2. Register with ULiège sports via the MonClub application
   - Download and create an account on the MonClub application
   - Choose the sports formula for the desired championship. For example: "Tennis - university teams (championship)"
   - Pay for your ULiège sports membership card directly via the application.
   
   NB: Membership formulas include the price of ULiège sports membership and an additional fee where applicable. If you choose several sports formulas, you will only pay oneULiège sports membership (the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the time of payment).
